Session Notes: what would a one hour session look like?

Typically:

  • arrive & set up 

  • wash client's hair (if desired)

  • massage shoulders, neck, back while feet are soaking

  • massage feet and lower legs

  • massage hands and arms

  • trim nails/facial hair (as desired)

  • finish with face pressure points

  • Wrap up and exit
